Pricing
Flat rates for homes, quotes for offices. No contracts, no "introductory price" that doubles on visit three. The price we agree on the phone is what you pay.
| Home cleans | Price |
|---|---|
| Standard clean — studio / 1BR | $90 |
| Standard clean — 2BR | $110 |
| Standard clean — 3BR | $135 |
| Standard clean — 4BR+ | $160 and up |
| Deep clean | from $180 |
| Move-out clean (any size up to 3BR) | $240 flat |
Weekly clients get $15 off each standard clean. Every-two-weeks gets $10 off. That's just because a maintained place takes us less time — pass the savings on, simple as that.
Offices
Quoted per visit after a quick walkthrough. Most of the small offices we do land between $80 and $140 depending on square footage and how the kitchen gets treated. The walkthrough takes fifteen minutes and costs nothing.
Things that add a little
- Inside the oven on a standard clean — $25
- Inside the fridge — $20
- Laundry (wash, dry, fold) — $18 per load
- Interior windows you can reach without a ladder — $3 each
How to pay: cash, check, Venmo or Zelle, whatever's easiest. We leave a handwritten receipt on the kitchen counter after every visit. Old-fashioned, but clients seem to like it.
Cancel or move an appointment with 24 hours notice and there's no charge. Less than that we ask for $40 — not to be difficult, but a cancelled slot is a day we can't refill on short notice.
